Penmaen Recycling Centre is located at Penmaen Road, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood NP12 2XZ. Penmaen Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Penmaen Dump is controlled by Caerphilly Council waste management disposal services.
