Kirkless Recycling Centre is located at Makerfield Way, Higher Ince, Wigan WN2 2PR. Kirkless Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Kirkless Dump is controlled by Wigan Council Waste Management Disposal Services.
