Kelso Recycling Centre is located at Pinnaclehill Industrial Estate, Kelso TD5 8DW. Kelso Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Kelso Dump is controlled by Scottish Borders Council Waste Management Disposal Services.
