PCC Brecon Recycling Centre is located at Ffrwdgrech Road, Brecon LD3 8LA. Brecon Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Brecon Dump is controlled by Powys County Council waste management disposal services.
