Check winter hours for your site

Bryn Lane has a different timetable from Brymbo and Plas Madoc. The council lists Bryn Lane as open 8am to 8pm year-round, while Brymbo and Plas Madoc close at 4pm from October to February.

Choose the correct site for restricted materials

Plasterboard is accepted at Bryn Lane and Brymbo, rather than Plas Madoc. Check the council’s site-specific lists for other restricted materials before travelling. Gas bottles are not accepted at these centres.

Keep reusable goods separate

Bryn Lane’s reuse shop provides an alternative for suitable usable items. Keep potential donations apart from waste and check the shop’s separate opening times; the shop does not necessarily follow the centre’s full opening day.

Wrexham County Borough Council operates three household recycling centres for residents: Bryn Lane, Brymbo, and Plas Madoc.
