Tower Hamlets Council recycling centre is for use by residents of Tower Hamlets only. Trade and commercial waste is strictly prohibited. Van users must sign a declaration confirming waste is from their own home and will be weighed on the weighbridge. Commercial or sign-written vehicles are not allowed. Residents must show proof of identity and address, such as a driver’s licence, passport, council tax bill, utility bill, or parking permit, to access the site.
