The Highland Council

The Highland Council runs 21 recycling centres, offering residents places to dispose of household waste responsibly. Several sites also have reuse cabins or areas, where unwanted household items can be donated for others to use. Waste should be brought in manageable amounts so it can be deposited quickly. Recycling centres may occasionally close at short notice while skips are emptied. We thank residents for their cooperation and ask that staff are always treated with respect.
