Sunderland City Council operates one Recycling Centre, available to residents only. All visits must be pre-booked online to manage traffic and reduce queues. You’ll need to provide your details, including name, address, email, and vehicle registration. If hiring a vehicle, use the first six letters of the hire company as the registration. Cars, vans, and trailers up to 3m are accepted, but vans with trailers are not. Bookings are limited to five per 28 days.
