Book every visit
Appointments can be booked up to two weeks ahead. Cars without trailers can make multiple visits, including same-day visits if appointments are available. Take the booking reference and identification. Check the cancellation and amendment deadline if your plans change.
Vans, pick-ups and trailers
These vehicles normally have a once-in-four-weeks limit. Check the separate arrangements for mobility-adapted vans. Vehicles must be no heavier than 3.5 tonnes and the combined vehicle/trailer length must not exceed 6m. Check eligibility and appointment availability before hiring transport.
Separate recycling and reusable goods
Sort materials before arriving so they can go into the appropriate containers. Suitable reusable goods may be accepted through the on-site Community Transport collection arrangements. Ask staff where donations should go and check current acceptance before bringing bulky goods. Household appointments do not cover trade waste.
