Vans and trailers have a lower visit limit
Eligible vans, hired vans, pick-ups and cars with trailers are limited to 12 visits per calendar year, compared with 20 car visits. Check the vehicle category and combined length before booking. Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, Luton-style vehicles and other excluded types cannot enter.
Prepare the load before leaving
Separate recycling from general waste. Staff may inspect black bags, and batteries must be removed from bagged rubbish. The site lists a maximum of six bags of soil, sand, hardcore, rubble and DIY waste per visit. Hazardous items have separate disposal routes.
Donate suitable items for reuse
Villiers Road has arrangements for reusable goods as well as recycling. Check the current donation guidance and keep suitable items separate in your load. Ask staff where donations should go rather than placing them in a waste container.
