Applying for a resident vehicle permit

If you do not have a permit, apply at a household recycling site. Bring separate documents for photo identification and proof of address: one document cannot serve both purposes. Display an issued permit in the specified windscreen position. Permits are not issued for vans.

Vans use Factory Lane at specified times

Eligible vans can use Factory Lane only, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11am and 1pm. Check the 5m length and 2.6m height limits and exclusions for tippers and Luton vans. Bring identity and address documents. Cars towing trailers cannot use any of the three centres.

Sort materials and consider reuse

Separate your load before leaving home so staff can direct it to the correct containers. The Community Reuse Shop is at Fishers Farm. Check the shop guidance before taking goods for reuse, and use the individual site pages for current access and opening details.
