🛑 Resident Identification & Residency
You must be a resident of the Borough to use these sites. Staff will ask for:
- Photo ID with your address.
- Named Utility Bill (if photo ID lacks your current address).
🚐 The Van Booking System
Standard cars and cars with trailers do not usually need to book. However, online booking is mandatory for:
Medium & Large Vans: Access will be denied without a confirmed slot.
Tractors/Plant Machinery: Strictly refused entry for safety and site capacity reasons.

Essential Borough Site Rules
- Safety First: Children and animals must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
- Banned Items: Asbestos, tyres, and industrial chemicals are NOT accepted at any site.
- Site Hours: 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Mon-Sat). Sunday hours (12:00 PM – 05:00 PM) only at Newpark and Bruslee.
- Holiday Closures: All sites close for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and 12 July.
Borough Pro-Tip: O'Neill Road and Newpark are high-traffic sites. If you are visiting during peak Saturday hours, consider Craigmore or Bruslee for shorter wait times.
